E-learning Modules
Our e-learning course consists of 6 modules fully independent from each other, which can be followed in the order you wish, although we strongly recommend to start with the introductory module. This module supplies essential definitions and concepts and enables learners to fully embrace the plant-based issue in professional catering.
The whole course provides self-evaluation exercises and is available in English, Polish (for the introductory module), Estonian, French, Hungarian , Italian , Turkish, Spanish. It will enable professionals of the trade to grasp today’s plant-based issue and it is meant to inspire chefs and kitchen staff to understand what is at stake and develop a new offer in a market which is growing at high speed. Our modules were created by a team of European vocational hospitality lecturers and reflect the variety of our culinary approaches and culture.
