The demand from vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian customers for a meatless plant-based offer is growing steadily and the market segment which is booming in supermarkets is also currently affecting restaurants! Recent studies show that 46% of customers would appreciate to find a vegetarian offer in restaurants.
